Again, Birdman and Grand Budapest Hotel are strong contenders, with Boyhood and The Imitation Game also main contenders. The Golden Globes were held last night, and I thought I couldn't let them pass without posting something about it, but then I read this blog post about it, and thought that Film Doctor, like they often do, have put it informatively and succinctly.
BAFTA 2015 Nominations announced.
Speaking of nominations, as we were yesterday, the BAFTA nominations have come out today, and the strongest player is The Grand Budapest Hotel with 11 nominations, closely followed by Birdman and The Theory Of Everything with 10, and The Imitation Game with 9.
