Stay out of the water… The Summer blockbuster that started them all and adapted from the book by Peter Benchley, Jaws is a film that stands up today as one of the most memorable films of it genre. An absolute delight to re-watch, so join me in my video review below.

  1. You are correct, “Duel” was a TV movie (and it is good – I watched it when I was a kid and it scared the bejeezus out of me). “The Sugarland Express” followed in 1974 and was the first film he directed for theaters, setting the stage for “Jaws.”
